Service Guarantee

If there is probable and clear cause that, On A Budget Auto Detailing, did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, there will be 75% and a redo of the service.

Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email (on_a_budget2021@yahoo.com). Pictures of the area must be emailed to on_a_budget2021@yahoo.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Personal Belongings

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. If there are personal Items left in the vehicle, We will be unable to perform the service. The glove compartment and middle compartment will not be opened by On A Budget Auto Detailing Associates, even if requested.

Due to child safety We will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that my clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.

On A Budget Auto Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with me prior to the appointment.

Pre-existing Conditions

All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should On A Budget Auto Detailing find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree On A Budget Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.

Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks, should On A Budget Auto Detailing find any exterior imperfections, We will make you aware, however On A Budget Auto Detailing will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections. On A Budget Auto Detailing will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during my normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.

Being a mobile service ,occasionally, we come to you expecting to have the following: An ample amount of space to perform my service, permission to be on premises if you are not the owner and a safe location. As well as safe conditions to service your vehicle.

If the service is provided at your home, please make sure to have all vehicles that will be leaving adjusted, so we do not have to break down our setup to allow them to move.

We will need access to water hose hookup and electrical outlet when we come to you.

We travel within the Knoxville, Maryville, and Jefferson area Traveling fee is based upon miles from us to you and gas price average.

Please Note:

We do not clean headliners. The glue that holds the fabric is delicate and cleaning could cause damage.

We request that you allow us to video and photograph before and after pictures for marketing purposes. No personal identification of the vehicle or owner will be published.

We reserve the right to refuse, deny, or continue service if we deem the customer unreasonable.

We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should such behaviors arise.
